You'll begin rebuilding your life through our 8Pillars system—daily routines that target your body, mind, habits, and future. From the moment you arrive, you're not just getting clean—you’re starting a full transformation
STABILIZE
Your first 3–5 days are all about getting safe, grounded, and physically stabilized. We prioritize medical supervision, hydration, rest, and nutrition as your body begins to detox and recalibrate. You’ll have 24/7 support and gentle structure to ease the crash and prepare you for the work ahead
REBUILD THE FOUNDATION
Once stabilized, you’ll begin re-engaging with your body and mind through guided fitness, clean nutrition, and daily mindset work. This is where we activate the first of the 8 Pillars—Fitness, Nutrition, and Mindset—resetting your energy, discipline, and clarity. You’ll begin to feel like yourself again—maybe for the first time in years.
IDENTITY SHIFT & STRUCTURE
Now we shift into Habits, Purpose, and Financial Discipline. You’ll build a structured daily routine, set personal goals, and start learning how to live with intention. Group workshops, coaching, and journaling help you craft a new identity based on discipline, not chaos.
LONG-TERM VISION AND EXIT STRATEGY
In the final stretch, we focus on Legacy and Community—how to stay clean, connected, and committed to growth beyond our program. You’ll create an aftercare plan, meet with coaches, and map out your next 90 days. By the time you leave, you won’t just be sober—you’ll be ready.
